Western Oregon | I thought I was having a heart attack. Went to ER. They saw a "shadow" over my heart but no sign of heart problem. Came to find out it was inflammation in tissue near my heart, in shoulder. After follow up tests, heart showed normal. It was caused from foods I was eating. Went to several sessions with a dietitian. Change of diet. No sharp pain since. My shoulder is a mess from injury in 1976 with loss of tendons in 3 fingers, loss of the muscle that those tendons were attached to, atrophy in forearm and shoulder and terrible spasms that pulled tendons from shoulder blade and surgeries to reattach....James
