Callao Missouri | Herniated disks in my neck messed me up two years ago. 2 steroid injections 3 months apart seems to have fixed it.
Wife found a pillow that stretches my neck while i sleep. That thing is worth a million bucks, i can't get comfortable in hotel without it now.
