NW Washington | Here is a recommended "arthritis diet" high in anti-inflammatory foods. Keto fans will probably not approve of this diet. I think a handful of dried tart cherries every day helps sore thumbs.
The pain in my hands does change sometimes, and I think weather changes may be a factor. I have small rubber exercise balls that I can use to exercise my hands while sitting around or even at the computer desk, which also helps.
