Subject: Ruminate meats

Pittsburg, Kansas
Not really.

If you want to get deep in the weeds of animal products for consumption, there are some arguments for sticking with ruminate meats. And there may be something to it for a tiny fraction of the population (ie Mikhaila and Jordan Peterson). But for most people without autoimmune problems, other meats are not a problem.

Of course arthritis may be of autoimmune origin.

Elimination diet for a month at least will tell.

Or so the experts say. I am just a retired dirt farmer, so have no knowledge.
