I have an old Traeger that used to see a lot of use during the winter. Like mentioned above, a welding blanket does a great job but still plan on an increase in pellet use compared to summer cooks. Got my welding blanket off Harbor Freight years ago, was maybe $40. It's way bigger than it needs to be so I have it folded a couple times so it's extra insulated. Lol
Anyone running a smoker outside in the winter?
