Did a brisket a while back in the cold...worked fine. I can never cook a brisket and get it to be nice and juicy and tender like most that I've ate at other peoples houses so I started putting mine on the smoker for a few hours and then putting it in the crock pot over night. Now it's juicy and still has a little smoke taste. Maybe someday I'll learn the proper way to fix one.
