Callao Missouri | Hopefully there is something to this. I just cannot do hardly anything fried anymore. I got scrambled eggs with hash browns a while back at local place when i was a little under the weather. They must have squirted a big old glob of olive oil under those hash browns. They were nasty with oil yuck. They could have just grilled them in the hamburger grease that was already on the grill it was lunch time.
Sorry for my rant. We however have a problem in this country with fat unhealthy people. Look how you fatten livestock, you feed it grain, and grain products.
Maybe we need to take a step back and re think things a little, im certainly willing to give him the chance.
What's going to happen in markets? Its really easy to figure out , the beef tallow and lard is going to come from the fattest healthiest livestock on the planet. The good old usa! And we are going to feed that livestock grain products raised in the good old usa.
Things may change a little, the bottom 20% of your land might be better served in pasture raising beef tallow on the hoof, you might have to start feeding a pen or two of cattle like they do in iowa and Illinois. Life will go on.
