Blessed with a wife and adult children that are excellent cooks and bakers. My understanding with the seed oil relates to how they can be processed and hydrogenated into fillers, stuffers and binders. Definitely a place in this conversation for greater adoption of high oleic soybeans as they have a much healthier oil fat profile. | |
