If people want to use seed oils let them, the issue I have with it is it is very difficult to avoid them in normal everyday life. You can eat at home and avoid most of them, but it is still very difficult to have some everyday item that doesn't have them in it.
We didn't end up at this point because a bunch of for profit companies thought making a bologna sandwich with store bought bread and Miracle whip with everything that goes in it would make it the most nutritious. We got here because those where the limits they could push profitability legally.
How come the same products marketed in the UK have less or different ingredients? | |
