Let me educate you. What you eat doesn't make you fat......its how many calories you consume. Calories are stored energy, excess calories are stored as fat. Everything you eat has caloric content and density. I can eat a McDonalds diet consisting of 1700 calories a day an not gain a pound. I can eat healthy vegetables and proteins and eat 4000 calories a day and be a fat healthy mess. We put pounds on athletes with healthy food.
Your weight equals how many calories you consume vs how many calories you burn. We are fat in America because we eat to much and sit to much. Its that simple. People lime RFK make it complicated to fool you and control a BS narrative that benefits them. Lard and butter are full of calories while seed oils are not. RFK is the one contradicting himself
