| We have a neighbor that my dad used to work with at the RV factory. He pulled three hundred acres away from another neighbor, rented it to a guy an hour away because he offered $15 dollars an acre more. He had rented it to the neighbor for fifteen years. The landowner was also difficult to work with. The new renter paid the first years rent and then stiffed the landowner for the last two years. Landowner still complains about getting stiffed, he has a good local guy renting it right now, learned his lesson. | |
