When i had a real traeger with digital control it had no issue as long as the wind wasn’t blowing on it. When I lived up north for a while we didn’t do much all winter and there was days I would light that thing with snow on it.
Mine sat semi built into a bar made from bricks. Later I covered the patio and it was super. Sucker lasted all of 10 years of some serious use and only broke down once.
Anyone running a smoker outside in the winter?
