Rental houses. I have one. I can rent it out for much more than the mortgage. But it comes with risk and upkeep costs.
The difference between land and rentals is cash flow.. rentals generally cash flow. If they didn't take so much time and work I'd buy more.
Land is kind of like a dividend paying stock. You get some income and it appreciates. Not a lot of things that do that. | |
