ec. nebr. | Until you farmers quit paying rent and walk away, and nobody else will rent it, the rent will then go down! You guys are the ones driving the rent higher. Some of you just can't get control of enough land to be satisfied. Must be an ego thing. If you think rent is too high, buy land yourself. Then you know what high cost of ownership is. $15,000 an acre land, even if you have 1/2 down @ %50 mortgage + %7 interest = $525....plus taxes. Pick your option. | |
