I love the words gringo mild. Made me laugh so hard.

I want Mexican hot. A little habanero is so good.

I lived in Las Cruces for 6 or 7 years. There was a restaurant that only the locals new about in LC. Took me a while to find. There was line outside the restaurant for 30-45-60 minutes before they opened. The food was perfect. You would come out sweating a little bit. That was perfect. I think they also used real tallow fat not the soybean oil stuff. The way I know is that I had a friend in LC that went to the doctor and the doctor limited him on eating at that restaurant. His cholesterol was to high. He still went once a week instead of 2-3-4x a week.
