Had a friend who traps alligator in the bayou bring us some once when he came to Illinois Deere hunting. He had me soak the alligator in Italian dressing, then I fried it after rolling in cornmeal,flour and seasonings. It helped it, but it it was still awful. Tasted like nastey catfish!
