| I have land in SW MN that I rent out to a great tenant. We strive to keep the price fair. I am the one who still makes the improvements on my land. I have added a lot of tile and keep asking him if he wants more. If anything ever happened to him I would likely rent to his son if he took over, but if not and I were looking for a renter, I do know of other good neighbors that I would trust. On the other hand, if I were looking to rent to a stranger, I would probably contact Hick since I see he is in SW MN too. His comments make me feel like I could trust him enough to give him a chance at it. | |
