I don't know how he does it. He's close to 30k ac. Hires all young kids no farm experience. All non GMO but haules to the same ethenol / bean plant. It's funny. I've been in the local restaurant and you'll hear the widows kackle and bicker back and forth about how much cash rent they got. Argue about what kind of method their fungiside was flown on with and how much better hers was. It's really funny. Guy must be pretty sharp. He's still in business and offers to dollar for rent. Some of the good dirt he was over 500 at public auction.
