With that pump labeling, how do you explain to "Avg Joe/Jane" how "Super Premium" is the "Best Value" when it has less octane and is more expensive than E-85?



IMO, E85 always has been and still is wasted effort that should be spent on mid range blends -> 20-30% ethanol.   

20-30% can be burned in basically any gasoline engine with EFI, without any modification or problems related to fuel.
