Hopefully Dr Joe will chime in on this conversation cuz they actually did soil testing to see the difference.

I did it with my strip till bar. Took the fertilizer hoses off at the boot of the shank and let them just blow the Rye seed mix into the birming disc area. It worked good. I didn't recalculate any calibrations other than the density of the product like normal. I just had a little seed left over so I thought I would try an experiment and just put in a rate per acre.
