ottertail co mn | I would say that is pretty close. The animal was not very big so probably not stretched out for loin length.
How thick were steaks cutting?
When I was selling freezer beef my hanging weights were 850-1000 pounds so got at least double of what you are saying for steaks.
If anything the most that could have been “skimmed” would be one of each steak at that size. | |
