Unless you have toolbar to use and wheel assemblies to hold the proper bar height I think you'd be better off buying something already put together.

I wouldn't hesitate to tackle such a project for myself but I think you'll be horrified at the cost if you're paying someone shop rate and have to buy a bunch of materials.
