Maybe the right ration is ok in a self feeder?
We had a ration of ground alfalfa, cracked corn and protein pellets, and it was a PITA! Someone would have dig and scratch around about everyday to keep the feed flowing, not to mention climbing up inside and pushing the stuff down every so often.
