I think most farmers are, to be kind, control freaks. Mother nature rules all but we can make up for some of that we believe with our own work whether that’s physical or mental.
Selling farming assets and investing in someone else’s business/project/ongoing concern takes away a measure of control of that investment. Sometimes good to be realized of that stress and worry and sometimes brings on different or possibly more stress and worry. | |
