SW Minnesota | We have been raising goats for a couple of years now and just wondering what you feed your goats? We have about 60 Nannie’s and sell the bucks when they get to around 60lbs, keeping most of the does for ow to grow the herd some, summer time some are in grass and trees otherwise they are in a barn and they are fed I believe a 16% pellet with free choice grass, we are not set up for tmr at this time so trying to find the best option for feed, I can switch to alfalfa if I need to but what would be best to go with it? We have separate pens, a pen for breeding a pen for nannies with kids on them and a dry period pen. Just wondering what other people use for feed | |
