SW Kansas
The 1000 has the smallest mill i don't remember the length but it was like 64 hammers and it won't have a tilt tub I want to say the hp recommendations were roughly 90 to 160 up. The 1100 has 88 hammers later models have a tilt tub which is nice when you have to work on the mill the hp recommendations for an 1100 were 160 to 200. I have an 1100 tilt2 and I run it with an 8200 and also an 8400 no issues the 8400 can slip the belts if a wet slug goes through too quick. The 1130 is the redesigned replacement to the 1100 I'm pretty sure it has the same size mill as the 1100 they moved the mill to the back of the tub and used belly augers instead of a belt and sped up the hammer mill from the 1100 also the stacking conveyor is hydraulic driven instead of chains and gearboxes. I think the hp recommendations were 200 to 360 hp. I had a 1000 at first if bales were dry I could get 15- 20 an hour ground. The 1100 i can get 25-30 an hour providing bales are dry and don't have any wet rotten bottoms then it works alot harder.
