NE-MO | Something is wrong Danny. I live just east of you about 30 miles, we have 4 Cobbett's that we installed last year. None have frozen over yet this year, one of them only have 10 bred heifers running to it. Like others said, I think your floats are too high. Also we put in a "drain tile" under all of ours, helps keep any surface water from building up under them restricting earth heat from coming up. This year we put some "Bleigh Blocks" on North & West side for wind breaks and I think that is helping too. | |
