Southern Missouri | Looking for a quick return is probably not the place for farmland investment, although I’ve seen a few make a quick ( very quick ) buck on it , one thing you can be sure of , local residential units and the folks that occupy them won’t be where I’ll be looking to invest, that’s one investment where I’ll be absent , maybe it’s just me
I agree having your eggs in different baskets is good advice and most near all my investments have always been agricultural related but not all in farmland , but the fellows I deal with on cash or crop rent are in my opinion some of the best men and women to deal with we have across the country , kinda clouds my vision I guess
I would also like to think that my family did learn a great work ethic , but saying we know nothing different? I’m probably wrong but I’d like to think we know a few thing’s different, not sure what folks would accuse my hobby of being , probably eating :)
