Southern Missouri | They are done all the time around here and never one that you can raise your bid after it’s opened, every time I try to make the bid holding people understand that if bids aren’t opened in public, I won’t bid , been a few times I’ve been told no , they won’t be opened in public, and I didn’t bid either , when they won’t open them in public it lets me know they already know who they want to sell it to they are just getting the price and I won’t be part of it , most of the time they’ll have a public opening | |
