Get a manual cuff and a stethoscope and learn how to do it that way. You tube video or a friend that is a nurse can easily teach you how to do it. It is not difficult. Manual is the least expensive and most accurate way to do it regardless of how high it might be. BTW, sounds to me like she needs a different doctor if she is routinely above 150 and no cause can be identified.
