You getting it clear cut or thinned, high graded?
Get a 5k bond in case they destroy any stream crossing, throw trash, oil cans, diesel spills, existing paths cleared
Don’t allow harvest in rainy season
Remove any loading pads from property, not drag them to far end of property
Require written notification prior to beginning and when finished
