my  'repatrioted'  4450  has one.  It's a lever almost as  big as a  combine's  thresher engage lever..  right along the right side of the  dash console,  running down into the floor.
you can't miss seeing it if it's there.  
It's handy as heck when  needing exact  locking for  hooking up implements.
