Subject: Sales tax on farm machinery in Indiana?

central tx
I bought a sprayer that is located in Indiana off of PurpleWave auction, I'm in Texas. Purplewave wants to charge me sales tax even though I have filled out form st105 that to my understanding should exempt me from paying sales tax in Indiana for ag purposes. Purplewave claims that the Indiana Department of Revenue says that I'm not exempt because I'm out of state and that I would have to pay the taxes and then submit paperwork and file to get exempt and reimbursed. When I called the Indiana Department of Revenue they told me that I submitted the wrong form but couldn't tell me the correct form to submit. Has anyone out of state ever dealt with the Indiana Department of Revenue on ag exemptions? Any idea what form I need? There is a part of me doesn't trust PurpleWave since they're telling me something different than what the Indiana DOR told me. I'm very hesitant to send them the taxes and try to get them refunded. Surely someone has bought farm equipment from Indiana and moved it across state lines without paying tax. What was the procedure? Any advice from someone who has went through this before?
