| This made me remember another technique that might help with the power line issue.
I knew an old boy who bought houses on small lots. He could not get permits to build on the lot as the lots were to small. He was not allowed to tear them down. If they burned, he could rebuild.
So, he would let some of the homeless kids know where the keg and party supplies were and when the kids got done partying, the house burned down. | |
