north central Ohio | Here in Ohio have several guys that pay for barns. There value varies depending on size, size of beams inside, hewed vs sawed beams, amount of rotten stuff, original siding etc. We had a smaller average shape barn received $10,000 for it and what they didn’t take was left in footprint of barn and cleaned up with excavator. Neighbor got $45,000 for one as he had more desirable barn and another couldn’t give theirs away as it had a bad roof for too many years. Looks like you have a good roof so timber hopefully is pretty good. I’d ask around, surely have guys doing same thing as here in Ohio. | |
