The no tillage and no herbicide story is the urban myth, no point on commenting on that. It’s misinformation on the gullible.

From the landowner side taxes and purchasing land costs is up, they should get more.

From the producer side of things grain prices are down, the land is worth less.

So where should we go from here then.

Supply and demand, rents will probably go up until the demand disappears. Like the 1980s, only it will be different.
