Southeast Colorado | I just happen to remember one about 10 years ago or so. I saw an 80 come for sale that was attached to a qtr that we already owned. It was listed available in a small section of our local newspaper. I called into the attorney's number associated with the ad. When I talked to him he said that they really didn't want any bids............and that they just had to list it in the paper that way to satisfy some legal requirements. I said OK?? Pretty sure rejecting bids wasn't part of that legal process............but that's how they rolled with it. LOL! | |
