Did the landlord give you a 10 year term?

There’s plenty of times I’ve signed a contract for cattle, hogs, corn and beans…..and markets have went up. But a contract is a contract.

Landlord needs to suck it up, buttercup.

Would he let you off the hook if an 80’s style crash happens?
