sc kansas | just about done with 6300 sq ft insulate shop and 18 ft side walls. did a lot of concrete prep work our selves and put building up ourselves. did all the interior work our selves and electrical and installed overhead doors ourselves. have about $175,000 in building, site dirt work prep, 195 yards concrete, rebar on 12 inch centers and overhead doors, and electrical and finished office, bathroom and air compressor room, figure our labor savings so far around $40,000 for building erection, $5,000 for concrete forms work and installing rebar, and around $5,000 for office finishing and electrical and heat instalation and $7,500 for overhead door installation.
