1/3 of gross dollars is plenty. Plus buying pivots on top from LL. Doesn't pencil well.

You have to make money every yr or not worth doing. Most dont pencil, they just want more. Lots of greed out here.

This year I am farming 350 acres. 10 years ago I was at 1500 acres.

Farthest farm is 3 miles now was 30 miles back then. The older I get , I just want to push the easy button haha
