West central ND | I've had both of mine done. 1st one 10 years ago. Was a total shoulder. 2nd one last June. 2nd one a reverse shoulder. Hardly any pain with the reverse. Just pain from the incision. Therapy actually felt good. Day 2 after surgery took the immobilizer off and dangled my arm to move it around. First real PT about 2 weeks. I did about 1/2 hr morning and evening. At 12 weeks Dr. Said it is completely healed. Go home and do whatever you want with no restrictions. It is easiest to get the range of motion as soon as they let you. Less scar tissue that way. | |
