I’m. Assuming round bales. So I’d want 40’ minimum. If I’m dumping hay trailer or unloading from flatbed I’d want more. Say 60’ minimum. Depends some on fences and driveway setup. You can’t add more room
After you build it. But you can always park something where you have some extra room.
