I think your question is just a trivia question.
But no matter:
How hard you work
How frugal you are
How smart you are--
If anyone can say 0% then I don't see how their machinery can't be at least 20 years old. Unless it's never broken down.
And that is not a put down; it's simply saying anything less than 20 years old is pretty certain to have some electrical gremlins on it that require a dealer diagnosis or laptop.
What percentage of your service work is completed by the dealer?
