5% normally only when we would be over our head or need a lot of guidelines or special tools for. Transmission rebuilds, combine shaker systems, some engine work have gone to dealer. Did do skidsteer planetary last fall, had to buy a tool every time I turned around it seemed. But dealer probably would have swapped the whole thing and I was able to just change the seal.
What percentage of your service work is completed by the dealer?
