It's worth checking a barn salvage business. We had an old barn built in 1843. Was damaged in a storm 3 years ago. Was going to just smash it with excavator. Called local Amish guy and he offered $40k. Did a great job and didn't leave much mess. Barn ended up going to Colorado as a timber frame house. Never hurts to ask.
