At first I thot this was another troll question trying to get people stirred up. I'm always leary of the "No location" posters and more so with no names.
But I can tell his concerns/questions are from the heart.
All I can say it must vary 400% where you live.
Here the rent market/demand is so strong you wd be laughed at if you brought any of this stuff to the table.
The rents will not be dropping here anytime soon.
If anything the owners counter answer wd be;
I need more rent,
My land taxes keep going up.
Not much.consulting here. Pay the price or the next guy will pay more.
