I am in the camp of I do a lot less than I used to.
Between my body and spending most of my time looking for tools/parts I just set down. Shop work goes pretty slow.
I am thinking I will hire a starter put in my pickup. Probably 3 bolts and it could be in a warm shed.
One thing Grandpa thought me. If you want the deal to be there for you in season, you need to be there for him out of season.
What percentage of your service work is completed by the dealer?
