Hoping someone here can help me with this question. I first obtained a CDL in Iowa in 2018. Several years later I moved to North Dakota and got a ND drivers license/CDL. Since my new license was issued after February 7 2022 am I required to take eldt training order to add endorsements to my license such as HAZMAT or is my CDL grandfathered in because it was first issued in 2018 even though that was in Iowa.
