When did vehicle batteries start only lasting 8-9 mos? It doesn’t seem like it’s been that long since I use to park a straight truck in the shed for 6-8 months, with a 5 yo battery, and all it needed was put on a charger and use it for 2-3 months. Today, a new battery won’t last 8 mos unless the vehicle is started and driven multiple times. How long have ATV/UTV batteries only had 6 month warranties?
