I think you are referring to the dipstick on the pump drive gearbox. There should not be a dipstick on the pump. First, is it over full checked while not running? If it's gaining oil it is probably a pump shaft seal. It's been a long time since I've seen a 200C. I can't remember how many pumps or the configuration.
